ON A MISSION …

We're building more than a media company — we're cultivating a global movement where purpose drives progress.

What began as a mission to create employment for the 1 in 4 Americans living with disabilities has grown into a dynamic platform at the intersection of advocacy, entrepreneurship, and innovation. Our goal is simple: to amplify the voices, solutions, and stories that are driven by purpose.

At Driven by Purpose, we spotlight purpose-led businesses, breakthrough technologies, and human stories that challenge limits and redefine what's possible. From adaptive innovations to inspiring leaders, we explore how purpose fuels progress and unlocks potential.

Our community includes families navigating disability, visionary founders, Fortune 500 changemakers, and emerging creators — all united by a shared belief: that everyone deserves access, opportunity, and dignity.

But this isn’t just about raising awareness — it’s about taking action. Through powerful content, strategic partnerships, and accessible platforms, we’re building bridges between those who need solutions and those creating them.

Whether you're a parent seeking support, an entrepreneur on a mission, or an individual searching for purpose, you belong here.

Join us as we reshape narratives, break barriers, and build a future where purpose and possibility converge. Together, we're not just changing lives — we're transforming the way the world sees potential.

isaac shapiro

Isaac Shapiro is a social entrepreneur and changemaker dedicated to building a more accessible world through business. He is the Co-CEO and President of Cleanlogic, a purpose-driven brand of bath and skincare accessories, and the Founder of the Inspiration Foundation, a nonprofit focused on increasing employment for individuals with disabilities.

Isaac’s passion for employment for individuals with disability is deeply personal. His mother, Bea, lost her vision at age 7 and went on to become a long-distance runner and a social entrepreneur. She founded a tech training center for the blind and visually impaired, teaching them adaptive technology for meaningful employment. Watching her build opportunities from the ground up inspired Isaac to dedicate his career to social impact through entrepreneurship.

Under Isaac’s leadership, Cleanlogic has not only redefined what it means to be a personal care brand—it’s normalized the conversation around hiring individuals with disabilities, proving that inclusive workforces are better for business and society.

mike ghesser

Mike Ghesser is the Co-CEO and COO of Cleanlogic, a leading skincare and bath brand rooted in accessibility and inclusion. His commitment is deeply personal: his eldest daughter, Rosie, lives with intellectual and physical disabilities, giving him direct insight into the daily challenges faced by individuals with disabilities and neurodiversity.

This perspective has shaped Cleanlogic’s purpose: to inspire independence and success by creating meaningful employment opportunities for all people, including those with disabilities.
Mike has woven accessibility into every aspect of Cleanlogic’s culture—from product design to hiring practices. He led the creation of the company’s “Purchase To Employ” strategy, which promotes the employment of individuals with disabilities and aims to increase their national employment rate by 10%. Through strategic partnerships with the state of Pennsylvania, the Overbrook School for the Blind, and the Eagles Autism Foundation, Cleanlogic continues to broaden its impact and drive meaningful change.

evan rosenblum

Evan Rosenblum is a Daytime Emmy Award nominated executive producer and journalist who spent two decades building TMZ and TMZ Sports from the ground up on TV, web, and social platforms. Under his leadership, Rosenblum and his team broke some of the biggest stories in traditional news, pop culture, and sports – including Ray Rice, Donald Sterling, Kobe Bryant, Aaron Hernandez, and more.

After leaving TMZ in 2020, Rosenblum has found success as an executive consultant who played a key role in several high profile projects for the UFC, Fox Sports and more. He is currently the executive producer and co-host of the wildly successful Pacman Jones Show, with former NFL superstar Pacman Jones.

Evan and his wife Samantha are the parents of two amazing children, Sydney and Bennett. Sydney was born at 25 gestational weeks, weighing in at 1.9 lbs at birth. She’s been diagnosed with severe cerebral palsy and brain damage.

The Rosenblum family is heavily involved in the special needs community — and even launched the Sydney Strong Run Club, a group of active people who participate in 5k and 10k races with Sydney and other individuals who use running chairs.
